Needed our well tank replaced on 12/23, and of course this occurred hours before a family holiday party. Excellent service; timely, respectful, and professional. Highly recommend them!

Been using Kelly James services for over 15 years. Lost my water heater over the holidays and they replaced it in a day. Great service.

Scott came over today and quickly removed our disposal and re-plumbed the sink. Scott and Kelly do the neatest job of any plumber we have ever used and leave everything better than it ever was. They are courteous, friendly, and take pride in what they do.

I called Scott from Kelly James Plumbing to let him know I had a light mist coming from a brass elbow connected to our pressure tank. Scott was able to come out, and replace it very quickly. When Scott told me there was no charge I didn’t expect that (the brass elbow was a defect and had nothing to do with the install of the tank this past summer.) I have used Kelly James plumbing many times in the past, and this is why; they are honest, reliable, do quality work and stand by it. I have recommended others and they would all agree Kelly James Plumbing is the way to go if you are looking for a honest reliable company.

If you have pipes against an outside wall -- during the really cold weather -- leave the cabients doors open to allow the room heat to help warm the pipes and prevent them from freezing.
