Kelly James did a great job in the knick of time for a plumbing emergency. I needed a new water heater and water softeners and didn't know who to call. I called Scott from Kelly James Plumbing to let him know I had a light mist coming from a brass elbow connected to our pressure tank. Scott was able to come out, and replace it very quickly. When Scott told me there was no charge I didn’t expect that (the brass elbow was a defect and had nothing to do with the install of the tank this past summer.) I have used Kelly James plumbing many times in the past, and this is why; they are honest, reliable, do quality work and stand by it.
