Scott was awesome, he came out and replaced our well pump and set the depth lower to make sure would not run into future water issues. Was personable, communicative and knew his stuff. Also transparent in what he was seeing and explained the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for well pump services.

I originally found Kelly James Services for when I purchased a home, to have the well water tested. I since then have gone back to him for when my well water tank burst, my water heater stopped working and needed to be replaced, and just again today to replace my old and leaky outdoor hose bibs. Kelly James Plumbing does an outstanding job everytime, and will never leave you feeling bad about his work. I will always go back to him for my plumbing needs. They leave each project looking wonderful, and functioning even better. It really is top notch quality in everything they do. I highly recommend using them.

Extremely knowledgeable and communicates so that one can understand the issues. They have history of the area regarding aquifers, pumps older than 50 years, and current regulations. Professional and always smiling when leaving; even though they worked in tight spaces.

Fast & Friendly

Our call was responded to quickly and Scott came right out and put in a new well pump. He was straight forward and friendly. We went from panicking about not having water to problem solved in a few hours.

Basement started flooding. On a weekend, of course! I called three plumbers. Kelly was the only one who responded. He fixed the issue right away (had a new sump pump right in his truck.) Excellent work! Next time, I’m gonna call Kelly James ONLY !
