We needed new well pump, laterals, water tanks and water heater. No basement, steep hill, second floor install in small area with narrow a staircase. Lots of challenges. Kelly and his son Scott were outstanding. They worked long hard days. We are very satisfied and highly recommend KellyJames Service.

Kelly is fantastic! We had a garage disposal fail and were looking to get it repaired ASAP. Kelly was referred to my us and immediately responded to my call. He was out a day later and quickly installed a new disposal! Excellent customer service! He was fast and did quality work. We highly recommend Kelly!

Basement started flooding. On a weekend, of course! I called three plumbers. Kelly was the only one who responded. He fixed the issue right away (had a new sump pump right in his truck.) Excellent work! Next time, I’m gonna call Kelly James ONLY !

Kelly has been our plumber longer than I can remember and I would never consider using anyone else. And now we have the pleasure of his son Scott. Both of them are professional, knowledgeable and have a wicked sense of humor!
Would recommend them highly!

Water heater leaking required replacement soon. Called Kelly at 9:00 A.M and he had Scott over by 2:00 P.M. to assess severity (slow leak into existing pan). Returned early next morning with new heater, all necessary equipment and new shower faucet repair kit. Scott did an excellent job with a very neat installation of all my requirements. I am a very "Happy Customer" who would recommend Kelly James to anyone in need!

If you have pipes against an outside wall -- during the really cold weather -- leave the cabients doors open to allow the room heat to help warm the pipes and prevent them from freezing.
