I appreciated the flexibility to move my original appointment. Knowing that if the sump failed, they would head over regardless of appointment time. On time, friendly service. Walked me through what was done. Definitely recommend

We needed new well pump, laterals, water tanks and water heater. No basement, steep hill, second floor install in small area with narrow a staircase. Lots of challenges. Kelly and his son Scott were outstanding. They worked long hard days. We are very satisfied and highly recommend KellyJames Service.

Fixed our water issue

Scott was awesome, he came out and replaced our well pump and set the depth lower to make sure would not run into future water issues. Was personable, communicative and knew his stuff. Also transparent in what he was seeing and explained the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for well pump services.
