Scott showed up right on time. I told him which faucets to replace and he explained to me that one of them would not work as I had hoped. He said it was an old installation and to update it he would have to cut into drywall. He wanted to check with me first about that before just diving in. I was very happy he did so I could decline the work. We will fix that 2nd faucet when we do the remodel. Thanks for the save!

The best communication from any contractor we've ever worked with and the quality of their work was just as notable. Great experience and fair pricing. Highly recommend these guys!

This guy has been my go to plumber for the last 20 years. I moved in this town as a single mother of 4. Not sure where to turn, I opted for “local” Hometown small business. He showed up professional with great speedy response. Happy to see his son following in his footsteps. Highly recommend Kelly & his son.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and went over all details of the issue. Definitely will have them on my favorite list and recommend them highly. Thanks Scott!

I had no water due to a failed well pump- Scott was able to get to my house very fast, order the part and replaced it immediately. Scott is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable- he talked me through my options with my old pressure tank so I could make an educated decision with upgrading to a new system. I have already recommended Kelly James Well Pump & Plumbing Services to family members and Scott gave them excellent service as well.

If you have pipes against an outside wall -- during the really cold weather -- leave the cabients doors open to allow the room heat to help warm the pipes and prevent them from freezing.
