Kelly James did a great job in the knick of time for a plumbing emergency. I needed a new water heater and water softeners and didn't know who to call. My neighbor told me about him, and I know I had seen his truck around the community so I looked him up to give him a call. Him and his son are professional and cost effective. Fast and fair

Had an issue with an old hose bib. Stripped threads. Frustrating.
Kelly was here the next day to pop in a new one. I’ve used him before for a more serious problem.. a failed sump pump.
That time, he showed up the SAME DAY and probably saved me from a flooded basement.

Scott did a great job! Showed up exactly when he said he would. Same day service! Lucky for us it was just a pressure switch. Great attitude and was very respectful and concerned about the cleanliness. Had fun conversations as well. Very friendly. Will call again!
