Hard Water?
With a water softener you will notice
a HUGE difference everywhere you use water.
It also will make you wonder how you
every lived without it
Safe to say I've found my new "go-to" water guys at Kelly James Service!
I originally called when my water softener stopped...softening. They came out really quickly, talked me through what might be happening and ultimately addressed the issue at no charge. I was so impressed I invited them back to replace my old well pump a few weeks later at a very reasonable price.
Highly recommend this family business for your water needs!

Scott was awesome, he came out and replaced our well pump and set the depth lower to make sure would not run into future water issues. Was personable, communicative and knew his stuff. Also transparent in what he was seeing and explained the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for well pump services.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and professional, this is a father/son family business in Oconomowoc. Took time to answer ALL my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessarily! Will definitely call when I’m ready to move forward on a reasonable plan. Thank you!!!!

I was having water softener problems and it needed to be replaced, so I called these guys and I'm glad I did. Quick, professional and quality service. I can't recommend them enough!

Kelly has been our plumber longer than I can remember and I would never consider using anyone else. And now we have the pleasure of his son Scott. Both of them are professional, knowledgeable and have a wicked sense of humor!
Would recommend them highly!

If you have pipes against an outside wall -- during the really cold weather -- leave the cabients doors open to allow the room heat to help warm the pipes and prevent them from freezing.
