We needed new well pump, laterals, water tanks and water heater. No basement, steep hill, second floor install in small area with narrow a staircase. Lots of challenges. I have been using Kelly James Services since 2009. He has done major services such as replacing my well pump and pit less adaptor on the lateral. My water went out this morning. I called Kelly up and he was there in less than an hour. He had my water up and going in less than an hour. Friendly, personable and professional.
