    I had no water due to a failed well pump- Scott was able to get to my house very fast, order the part and replaced it immediately. Scott is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable- he talked me through my options with my old pressure tank so I could make an educated decision with upgrading to a new system.     Safe to say I've found my new "go-to" water guys at Kelly James Service!

    I originally called when my water softener stopped...softening. They came out really quickly, talked me through what might be happening and ultimately addressed the issue at no charge. I was so impressed I invited them back to replace my old well pump a few weeks later at a very reasonable price.

    Scott did a great job! Showed up exactly when he said he would. Same day service! Lucky for us it was just a pressure switch. Great attitude and was very respectful and concerned about the cleanliness. Had fun conversations as well. Very friendly. Will call again!

  • Kelly James did a great job in the knick of time for a plumbing emergency. I needed a new water heater and water softeners and didn't know who to call. My neighbor told me about him, and I know I had seen his truck around the community so I looked him up to give him a call. Him and his son are professional and cost effective.
