Kelly James did a great job in the knick of time for a plumbing emergency. I needed a new water heater and water softeners and didn't know who to call. My neighbor told me about him, and I know I had seen his truck around the community so I looked him up to give him a call. Him and his son are professional and cost effective. Scott showed up right on time. I told him which faucets to replace and he explained to me that one of them would not work as I had hoped. He said it was an old installation and to update it he would have to cut into drywall. He wanted to check with me first about that before just diving in. I was very happy he did so I could decline the work. We will fix that 2nd faucet when we do the remodel. Thanks for the save!
