Scott came out and gave me an estimate for a tankless water heater. He was quick, knowledgeable and honest. Made the entire process easy. Scott and Kelly did a beautiful installation. On time, professional, and you can tell they care about what they do. Went the extra step and made sure everything worked and was functioning in the house before they left. Cleaned up afterwards. These guys are my go to for sure.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and professional, this is a father/son family business in Oconomowoc. Took time to answer ALL my questions and didn’t try to sell me anything unnecessarily! Will definitely call when I’m ready to move forward on a reasonable plan. Thank you!!!!

Great work, love that it’s a father-son operation, trustworthy, and treated us fair

Kelly has been our plumber longer than I can remember and I would never consider using anyone else. And now we have the pleasure of his son Scott. Both of them are professional, knowledgeable and have a wicked sense of humor!
Would recommend them highly!

I have been using Kelly James Services since 2009. He has done major services such as replacing my well pump and pit less adaptor on the lateral. My water went out this morning. I called Kelly up and he was there in less than an hour. He had my water up and going in less than an hour. Friendly, personable and professional. Kelly is my go to guy for any and all of my plumbing needs. He always takes care of me. Truly grateful to have found such a reliable contractor!!!

If you have pipes against an outside wall -- during the really cold weather -- leave the cabients doors open to allow the room heat to help warm the pipes and prevent them from freezing.
