He responds quickly and does an excellent job-his son Scott is following in his footsteps and they have worked together when the job requires it. I have been using Kelly James Services since 2009. He has done major services such as replacing my well pump and pit less adaptor on the lateral. My water went out this morning. I called Kelly up and he was there in less than an hour. He had my water up and going in less than an hour. Friendly, personable and professional. Kelly is my go to guy for any and all of my plumbing needs. He always takes care of me. Truly grateful to have found such a reliable contractor!!!

We needed new well pump, laterals, water tanks and water heater. No basement, steep hill, second floor install in small area with narrow a staircase. Lots of challenges. Leaking pressure tank

Outstanding. After inquiring about getting a new pressure water tank, we had a knock on our door in 15 minutes. We were moved up on the schedule that same day due to the fact that we had no running water. Later that afternoon we were up and running with a new water tank. Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will use the service(s) again and refer our family/friends to do the same.
