Got my well pump replaced in the same day!

Woke up this morning out of water, called Scott, and within 1 hour, he was over and replaced my well pump! He was extremely professional, considerate, & knowledgeable. He knew exactly what needed to be done & executed it perfectly! We could not recommend Kelly James Service more!

I was experiencing symptoms of a failed pressure tank and Kelly James came recommended by a neighbor of ours. Kelly stopped by within 24 hours to diagnose the issue and advise on an appropriate size tank for the needs of my home. The following business day, his son Scott was there to replace the tank and did an incredible job from start to finish. I am very glad I called Kelly James and would recommend to friends, family & neighbors!

Scott showed up right on time. I told him which faucets to replace and he explained to me that one of them would not work as I had hoped. He said it was an old installation and to update it he would have to cut into drywall. He wanted to check with me first about that before just diving in. I was very happy he did so I could decline the work. We will fix that 2nd faucet when we do the remodel. Thanks for the save!
