I needed a well pump put in and Scott and Kelly were able to fit me in quickly and did a great job. I would recommend to anyone for their plumbing needs.

I appreciated the flexibility to move my original appointment. Knowing that if the sump failed, they would head over regardless of appointment time. On time, friendly service. Walked me through what was done. Definitely recommend

I called Scott from Kelly James Plumbing to let him know I had a light mist coming from a brass elbow connected to our pressure tank. Scott was able to come out, and replace it very quickly. When Scott told me there was no charge I didn’t expect that (the brass elbow was a defect and had nothing to do with the install of the tank this past summer.) I have used Kelly James plumbing many times in the past, and this is why; they are honest, reliable, do quality work and stand by it. I have recommended others and they would all agree Kelly James Plumbing is the way to go if you are looking for a honest reliable company.

Kelly has taken care of all my plumbing problems over the years-many of them over weekends and holidays. He responds quickly and does an excellent job-his son Scott is following in his footsteps and they have worked together when the job requires it. I couldn’t be happier with them and highly recommend!

Scott answered his phone on a Sunday and was out to fix my well pump within a few hours. He was professional, explained what he was doing and just a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend Kelly James Services.

If you have pipes against an outside wall -- during the really cold weather -- leave the cabients doors open to allow the room heat to help warm the pipes and prevent them from freezing.
