Scott was awesome, he came out and replaced our well pump and set the depth lower to make sure would not run into future water issues. Was personable, communicative and knew his stuff. Also transparent in what he was seeing and explained the process. Would recommend to anyone looking for well pump services.

I called Scott from Kelly James Plumbing to let him know I had a light mist coming from a brass elbow connected to our pressure tank. Scott was able to come out, and replace it very quickly. When Scott told me there was no charge I didn’t expect that (the brass elbow was a defect and had nothing to do with the install of the tank this past summer.) I have used Kelly James plumbing many times in the past, and this is why; they are honest, reliable, do quality work and stand by it. We needed new well pump, laterals, water tanks and water heater. No basement, steep hill, second floor install in small area with narrow a staircase. Lots of challenges.
