Flexible!

I appreciated the flexibility to move my original appointment. Knowing that if the sump failed, they would head over regardless of appointment time. On time, friendly service. Walked me through what was done. Definitely recommend

For 25 years, when I have a plumbing problem, Kelly has been there!
We had a leaking cast iron drain pipe joint that few plumbers could repair. Kelly re-soldered it.
We had a roof vent stack on our 1890's two story house that was plugged. Kelly fixed.
We had a stream of water shooting out of an old steel pipe. Kelly fixed.

Leaking pressure tank

Outstanding. After inquiring about getting a new pressure water tank, we had a knock on our door in 15 minutes. We were moved up on the schedule that same day due to the fact that we had no running water. Later that afternoon we were up and running with a new water tank. Service was excellent and the price was reasonable. We will use the service(s) again and refer our family/friends to do the same.

I was experiencing symptoms of a failed pressure tank and Kelly James came recommended by a neighbor of ours. Kelly stopped by within 24 hours to diagnose the issue and advise on an appropriate size tank for the needs of my home. The following business day, his son Scott was there to replace the tank and did an incredible job from start to finish.
