    Had an issue with an old hose bib. Stripped threads. Frustrating.
    Kelly was here the next day to pop in a new one. I’ve used him before for a more serious problem.. a failed sump pump.
    That time, he showed up the SAME DAY and probably saved me from a flooded basement.

    I called Scott from Kelly James Plumbing to let him know I had a light mist coming from a brass elbow connected to our pressure tank. Scott was able to come out, and replace it very quickly. When Scott told me there was no charge I didn’t expect that (the brass elbow was a defect and had nothing to do with the install of the tank this past summer.) I have used Kelly James plumbing many times in the past, and this is why; they are honest, reliable, do quality work and stand by it. I have recommended others and they would all agree Kelly James Plumbing is the way to go if you are looking for a honest reliable company.
